Review of “The Nightmare”

This docudrama on sleep paralysis is truly creepy. The film consists mainly of interviews with half a dozen or so people who suffer from the malady, with dramatizations of their experiences with shadow people, demons and angelic beings. In several cases, the interviewee’s claim to have had shared experiences with others. Many of them end up attributing their experiences to supernatural forces.
