This near future science fiction film, based on a graphic novel, has a premise that I found hard to suspend my disbelief for. That is, the US government is about to roll out nationwide mind control that prevents people from committing crimes. Just as the system is to come online, a gang of criminals get together for one last big score.

There are no standout actors in this film. The science fiction premise is merely a prop to set up the heist. The terrifying implications of government mind control are hardly explored. There are some solid action sequences, but nothing too memorable. Unfortunately, this is yet another mediocre, forgettable Netflix film.
